Notice of Intent to Dissolve Organization

The Board of Directors for the First Flight High School PTSA has passed a resolution recommending the dissolution of the PTSA organization and  the organizing of a local First Flight High School PTSO.
According the By-laws adopted by the First Flight High School PTSA, all members in good standing are entitled to vote on the question of whether the First Flight High School PTSA should be dissolved.
All members in good standing, who paid dues for the 2009-10 operating year of the PTSA are hereby notified that such a vote will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 8:30 am immediately prior to the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the PTSA.
